In the event of an accident, call your insurance agent or claims representative immediately.

A trained Claims Associate will take your information and begin processing your claim right away.  In order to ensure the fastest possible handling of your claim, you can help by doing the following things:

  • Provide details as to how the accident happened and information about the other parties involved.
  • Provide the name of the auto repair facility where you want your car repaired.  You may go to your repair shop and obtain a quote or an appraisal.  The payment for the repairs will be sent directly to the shop.
  • If you have medical injuries, provide your claim representative with the information about the nature of the injuries, names of the treating physicians, medical bills and reports when they are available.
